kiosk4all.ai does not offer account registration or visitor comments. The introduction videos are served by this website. We do not embed videos or articles from other platforms.

The website does not use its own cookies for login, comment preferences or user accounts. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to help prevent automated submissions. Google says reCAPTCHA sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis and may process information about browser interactions.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy policies.

Contact form and purpose

The contact form may process the details you enter: first name, last name, company, job title, work email, website, reason for contacting us, selected event and message.

We will use these details to reply to your enquiry, manage a demonstration or meeting request, and follow up on it. The website does not offer user accounts or use these details to manage comments.

CRM, providers and international transfers

When you submit the form, your browser sends the details directly to Insightly for recording and follow-up in the CRM. The submission does not pass through the kiosk4all.ai web server. The integration is configured to use Insightly’s na1 service region.

Insightly says it may process data in different countries, including the United States. Its published data-processing terms provide for standard contractual clauses for certain transfers. Google provides the reCAPTCHA service that protects this form.

Form details are not sent to other recipients for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
